On the 24tthMay 2004, The King's Arms changed hands and is now a family run business. The Goss family welcome
you to the kings arms at wing. the menu is compiled by our head chef, James Goss. James has trained in Switzerland and Denmark
and is continuing the tradition of serving excellent food for which the Kings Arms is renowned. We use only fresh and, whenever
possible, local ingredients. All sauces, speciality breads, chutneys, dips, icecreams and sorbets are made in house. Kindly
note that all dishes are freshly cooked to order.
An inspection by the AA in July 2006 has re- confirmed our 4 Star Accommodation status. We were also delighted to have been included
in the Michelin publication of "Eating out in Pubs" 2007 as well as the AA Good Pub Guide, the Good Food Guide and Bed and
Breakfast Guide.
In December 2006 we were awarded our first AA Rosette.
